I have been in emailing and calling nokia care ever ince I have purchased this Nokia model - 6300. The problem in the battery which doesnt last even 6-8 hrs. Its not the problem with the specific instrument but entire 6300 model series is said to have the problem.

--- First complaint on mail was sent to Nokia website on July 31st
--- There since, I have been giving atleast 2 mails daily. The only answer i get is standard that we are looking into the same. We will revert in 24 hours, 48 hours... But no one bothers to revert with the solution.
--- All the complaint boards, forums and technical evaluation sites have been screaming that the phone has a mojor fault in the battery backup. It seems every one is aware of this problem except nokia.
--- I turned to the guy who sold me this phone... according to him - "if you get 50 calls in a day , you will have to charge this phone thrice!!!!!" Wow.
--- Nokia care people itself (without naming them) acknowledge that I have bought a rubbish phone. There is no solution to this problem.
--- I need good battery backup as advertized in the phone catelogs. I want to use bluetooth, radio, music for which the phone is designed.
--- I am always on move, I cant install a charger in my car or carry a charger every where i go. After all I have bought mobile not a fixed landline.
Second problem --
--- Response of Nokia care. I had this phone in my hand only for less than 48 hours ever since I have purchased this phone.
--- I have submited the phone to 2 nokia care outlets (as advices by Nokia banglore).
--- I waste atleast 2 hours on followups with nokia for the same.
Is Nokia listning?
I doubt, I am writing to them, calling nokia care outlet, even calling their Gurgaon office... only thing I get is skillfully crafted words of assurance, no solution.
