Disconnected STD Telephone Line – Ph. No. 56685423 – SR # 18578871
We had booked a Telephone Line from you on 20th May 2003 in the Name of Victor D’sa. It was a Post paid Connection and later changed to Prepaid in October 2004 under “AISHWARYA SCHEME” Costing Rs. 19,900/-. The telephone line booked through Mr.Shubhakar, on 20th May, 2003, his mobile No. 56710520.
It was working upto 29th July 2005. On 29th July, I recharged it Rs. 2000/- from Mr.Jagdish, his mobile no. 9243436811. And it shows balance amount Rs. 2070/- and it’s Validity is till 22nd of this month.
On 2nd August 2005, suddenly the line was dead. Several time we called your engineers, but nobody came to repair or check the line. None of your engineers took any interest in this case, we wasted our time and money on calling you. We Visited nearly 5-6 times to your Main Office at Koramangala personally with Mr.Roshan Pinto, and met one of your front office Personnel By name Mr.Vijay who promised an Engineer the next day.
I had spent the Entire Tuesday in Silicon terrace. An Engineer Named Ibrahim – 9243456552 called Mr.Roshan and was instructing him to do all the things which he is supposed to come onsite and check. When Enquired why he is not visiting the site, he said that he has all the controls somewhere else and there was no need for him to come there. This Telephonic Conversation went on for 2 days and there was no improvement. Till today (i.e. 19/8/2005) the line is not working. Roshan had been to Silicon Office on 18th August at 8:45 p.m to complain and One Mr.Ravikrishna promised to repair it within 3 days.
A special mention about the kind of service TATA is offering to the customers.
When Roshan had visited the Silicon Office on Tuesday, Ms.Roopa had attended to him and she offered to help him. She promised a callback the next day to inform him about the status of the case and she did not bother to call back. When Roshan called her in the afternoon the same day, she promised a call again in 15 minutes and it’s been 2 days and she did not.
IS THIS THE KIND OF SERVICE WHICH IS OFFERED TO CUSTOMERS WHO GET THE CONNECTION IN SERACH OF GOOD PERFORMANCE?
I did not Expect such a shabby Treatment for no Fault of the customer from “One of the Leading” ?? Service provider?
If this continues, TATA Would be really losing business in today’s Competetative World and the main reason would be INEFFICIENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE .
As I recharged the above said date for Rs. 2000/-, may be I used of that amount around Rs. 200/- the remaining balance amount might be 1,800/-.
If you are not able to repair this line, please refund me (19,900 + 1800) = Rs.21,700/- as soon as possible. Please do not give me a chance to take any further steps.
