Dear Sirs

I have a disgusting experience from Airtel services for the new post paid connection given with a number 9959104111 since a week.
I had to take a new mobile number following my retirement on 31 July 2007 from service after using 9849053472 of Airtel for nearly 9 years and BSNL number 27113810.
With my earlier Airtel experience I applied again for Airtel and was given the connection in a matter of 3 hours. I had provided all proofs while applying with a photo identity card of my ration card.I was the past President of the Welfare Association of the Saibaba Officers Colony which is just behind 3rd Avenue Sainikpuri,Secunderabad. It is very easy to identify my house which has name boards kept at each lane as well as any person can guide my house being the oldest resident since 1993.
Follwing two SMS messages on the mobile informing me to visit nearest Airtel Office to confirm my mode of bill payment, I went and showed the message to staff at the office. I am informed that this is a routine message and asked, me mot to worry. Later they verified the number once again to inform me that my out going call facility was barred from last evening. The reason given after waiting is that non availability of residence proof. I immediately showed my pending electricity bill which I was about to pay and gave them a copy to which I was assured to revive service in a hour.
When there was no change I had shown to the staff a video snap of my house zooming my name plate with house address. Again I am promised to restoring of barred service by night.
Today it is late after-noon of Sunday 12 August and still the service is barred.

I fail to understand this unproved, uninformed and arbitrary action of Airtel to bar the service and prevent me use the phone for two days, This is nothing but sadistic act of Airtel. For the lapse on the part of a lazy staff of Airtel failing to locate my residence proof, I do not know how to express my feelings of contempt of Airtel which used to be so good in the past. I fully support verification of residential proof, but this is not the way to verify and provide dis-service to gullible just retired staff.
IF Airtel wants, I could have provided a video CD of my locality with residence proof.

Will any one support me condemning the Airtel service? This would hardly impact their global image, but I am deeply hurt with Airtel.

Solution of your complaintThis is a failure on the part of Airtel service tobar outgoing calls on a weekend deliberately to make me suffer. They should inform me and give the solution.I had shown a VCD of my house but still no action from Airtel.I can send to any one at Airtel the video of my house if informed. Their unilateral action is unwarrented. 
ActionI have to move to other service provider like Hutch or idea
