I took the prepaid DSL connection from Tata Indicom on 18-Mar-07. I lodged a complaint with them about the services being down on 02-Jul-07. They did not return any complaint number but confirmed to work on it. the issue was not resolved until 05-Jul-07. On my next call they gave me a ticket number 2880592 and worked for an intermittent connection.
My struggle for a stable connection went on there after with several tickets being raised.

They have been closing every complaint ticket of mine although they did not resolve the problem. The last time i could get connected to net was on 13-Jul-07 with an intermittent connection. The services got disconnected 4 times within 40mins.
All these details have been registered in Tata Indicom customer service records, but noone is working towards establishing proper DSL connection for my account.
I am unhappy about them not having met with my complaints even after 1 month of rigorous followup. I have talked to several managers there (includes Floor supervisor Shiva and Paul) but did not get proper response.
They always put off my call promising a call back in few minutes that does not happen even after few days.
