Complaint Details

I am an Asstt.General Manager with SBI .I booked an Airtel connection on 06/07/07.Your representative collected Rs.1123/-in cash and my documents.He issued me subscriber enrolment no.167921 and promised installation within 3 days.After 4-5 days when I called he advised that some more documents were required and collected those.After waiting for a week I called him again and when he asked for further proof of residence , I asked for a refund,Since then I have called him 6-7 times and every time he tells me he has put the amount in refund.I have neither received the connection nor the refund.Calls to your customer service no.9892012345 have also been futile.Hence I am lodging this complaint.I
 

Solution of your complaintI should receive the refund and a written apology. 
ActionI will move to the Consumer Forum and publish my Grievance in a local newspaper
