This is to let you people know that we are running a travel company in the name of A.S.S. Travels and have purchased 6 Indicas from Sanya Motors, def. col., N.D. First of all in our new Indica which we have purchased in this month, the accessories you people have been using these days are not up to the expectations. There was a problem in the window handles of the car, there was problem in the light which blows while opening the front doors and also the AC compressor you people are using is pathetic - have a lot of noise....etc. etc...
If this kind of quality you will maintain then you will loose all your customers very soon.
Also, the Insurance company which Sanya Motors have been dealing with (United India Insurance ), is disgusting and repulsive. They never passes any claims unless & untill the car got repaired from Sanya motors. This is really disappointing and frustrating for a customer and they have no security of the Insurance. It had happened with us twice and it had given us a lot of harassment.
Its my request to you to kindly look in to the matter before loosing your customers.
If you maintain a good quality and will give a good post sales services, people will love to buy cars from you. After all there is a gr8 competition these days & its very necessary to maintain a quality standard.
