In April first service was given on our request and at the time my wife told the service guy that there is a problem with the start up of compresior, Since we are not techinal persons they said this is not the major problem and it is with every make availible in india.
We kept quite and last few days we felt that cool is less as when we compaired with one of our family friends ac, So we logde complaint on 13th Aug 2007 and while lodgeing the complaint customer care told us to take AMC for Rs 1500 which will cover all the damages, So I told her to send form thru sevice guy and will issue the chq. for the same.
Now the service engg Mr Ravi told us that there is compressor gas leakage problem, and some PCB is faulty which needs to be changed and is going to charge you Rs 1800+1200 respectively.
Compresor warrenty is there and leakage is linked with it and we have not even changed to the position and being serviced by onida team.
|Solution of your complaint||Being consumer and spent hardearned money on good faith of Brand, I think they are not maintaining the quality and Poor workmenship reflects in there products/ sevices.we should be compensated with free of cost repairs,
