I purchased Nokia Make Handset Model N-72 from M/s AIR CONNECT, Sector-14 Market, Gurgaon (Haryana) on 5th August,2007 vide their Invoice No.3260 Dated 5.8.2007 of Rs.9700.00. After use of 3 days I observed that Reception of Calls level is clear. PC Cable provided with Handset is accepting the Computer. Handset Process is slow & at last the Hand Set started Hang after 1-2 minute use. I contacted Nokia Care Centre 30303838 for solution They confirmed you please take the following steps " Switch Off the Mobile & wait for few minutes- No effect - Remove the Battery - again insert" I adopted this procedure & use 1 minute again same condition".

I intimated on phone & visited the Priority Dealer of Nokia M/s AIR CONNECT,Sector-14,Gurgaon (Haryana) I requested him to replace the set as after use of 72 Hours the phone started the malafunctions then how I use for a long time. But he refused to accept & told We have no guarantee after open & leave our shop. After requests he told either you go directly to Nokia Care Centre or we send the same for repair. I handover the Set to them & took the receipt. The set is still lying with them.

In our opinion I say there is no Quality System in Nokia or their dealers are not well aware regarding the Replacement Warranty they have only one answer - contact Nokia Care Centre. If any one take care regarding the Hard Earned money of customer on Nokia Family they will not produce/sell such inferior qualuty product in market. They only take care their Profit & Dealer Profit & they think Customer has no choice to go to other Brand.

Solution of your complaintNew Hand Set (Not Repaired) or refund of Amount Only. Nokia also clear his Replacement Policy to Dealer & they conveyed the same to customer at the time of purchase.
