had an Airtel connection bearing # 9945884407. In the month of December 2006, I got to know that I have paid an excess amount towards one of the bills & I got to know about this through the customer support executives at an Airtel outlet by name M/s Sri Saicharan Enterprises, #35, Maruthi krupa, Rajajinagar 1st block, Bangalore - 560010. I gave a request for the same on 12-12-2006 to refund the excess amount paid. They told me that it will take 45 days. I went to them after 45 days, in the month of April. By their expressions I noticed that they have not followed up with the request. To convince me, they again took a complaint for the second time blaming Airtel. They asked me to come after 45 days!!!!

I went to them in April 2007 just to follow up. On 11-04-2007, they told that it is still not processed & as per my request, they gave me in writing that the refund will be done shortly. Latest, I went to them on 13-08-2007!!! they are telling that they cannot do anything and asking me to go to Airtel"s Head office!!!

This is something ridiculous. Making customers wander every alternate months and finally telling we cannot do anything is just a worst thing I beleive!!!! It shows their bad attitude towards customers & business relations and such an outlet must be seized.

Solution of your complaintseeking a solution in the consumer court is the best option for me in this situation i believe as i cannot wander again to AIRTEL"S Head office for months together as I have already suffered a lot with their outlet"s service. 
ActionI am confident that my problem would be solved by consumer court.
