I purchased my Indica V2 GLG Xeta Car on 23/04/2007 from Tatas Authorised dealer M/s. Bharataum Motors Pvt. Ltd., Surat. From the day of taking the delivery of the car it had a problem of allignment. The car was pulling on the right side while driving. I verbally lodged my complaint to the persons concerned. They assured me that this problem is not a major problem and it will be repaired soon. The readers of this complaint will be surprised to know that after sending my car for 7 times to the workshop of M/s. Bharataum Motors, the problem is not yet solved. The CRM of M/s. Bharataum Motors, Ms. Mansi Panchal does not have any excuse now.

Yes, one very important thing I would like to add here that the car is in the waranty period and the problem of allignment was from the date of the delivery, still an amount of Rs. 400/= was charged by M/s. Bharataum Motors.

ActionI will file a case under Consumer Protection Act against M/s. Tata Motors Ltd. and M/s. Bharataum Motors Pvt. Ltd.
