As I informed you that this freeze never performed the cooling to an optimum level. We lodged a complaint in the end of year 2006 and the eng who visited asked us that gas is either leakage or not producing so it can be repair in factory only and than we sent to the given address, when we got it back it worked OK for few days but again started the same problem.
We were advised to check the voltage which found OK since electricity was routing through VOLTZ stabilizer, than we were misguided that earthing in our building is improper, which anyway a home appliance provider keep conditions before purchase. We were also suggested that in the hot summers in Rajasthan this is a usual complaint of nil cooling effect (although freeze is kept in the middle room, where sunlight never comes). and once the weather would turn to normal temperature, it will start working well, but it never turned for me.
Iím still on the same point where I was. COOLING DISGUSTING, NO ICE FORMATION , TOTAL WASTAGE OF MY ELECTRICITY AND MONEY.
