I have two Reliance Numbers with me on my fathers name. (9315379542 and 9315379543). I put a request in June to activate my SMS pack on (9315379543) . Under this pack, SMS to all Reliance phones all over India should be free. In first Bill, Rs 600 wree included in my Bill. I called Customer Care and asked them to waived off the charge, but they activated one more pack (RIM to RIM) without telling me. I got a call from Billing Department that charges in the Bill are correct. I again called in and asked them to look into it. After that they waived off 600 Rs. In next Bill cycle, they have chaged Rs. 960 for SMS.I again called in and they again waived off the charges. They charged me for SMS for another number (9315379542). I called them and waived off the charges but they said SMS were not on Relience Numbers. I asked them to give me the numbers, then they declined. Please let me know what to do and how to proceed. 

Solution of your complaintThey should waived off RIM to RIM charges from 9315379543 and SMS charges from 9315379542.
