If I wish to go for replacement, then which whirlpool model shall be
offered? What is the current market cost of that model? Since the
old but expensive AWM-310 (Rs.24000) will be replaced instead of serviced,
its current depreciated value must be taken care of. What guarantee is
there that the replacement will be served in future?

Please reply to my queries as early as possible so that I can inform you
about my future course of action.
