Compressor of our 165 liters refridgerator stopped working &same was replaced in the year
2005. again replaced compressor is not working .Past three months we are
trying to satisfy the service center people to replace the same but they are asking for the pappers which were given to them in the month of oct,2005 when first time compressor was
replaced.That time Lady of the house was hospitalised & pappers are not traced.
Despite giving the complete details & showing their marking on the compressor we are not
getting any cooperation from the vidiocon service center,with the result our refridgerator is again
looking as junk box, which neither we can throw out nor is repaired by hte company service center.
Our plea is why should we suffer every time for the substandard compressors being supplied
by the company.Compressor once replaced should have worked well instead within two years
we are put to trouble & now no replacement is made on filmsay grounds.
In case we do not get responce now also,we shall be constrained to knock the doors of justice.
