As i was not satisfied with the service quality of the airtel , i visited the nearest airtel outlet(YOSHITA COMMUNICATION) for disconnecting my 28 days old connection . the promoter of YOSHITA COMMUNICATION and another executive Mr patil used abusing words and told us to go back to the place where i have taken the connection, which is not fair to use such statement . Rather then giving a solution he used abusing language and terrorised me and my friend .
It was a shocking experience for both of us , This kind of crazy reaction may effect airtel brandname . which is one of the most respected brand in the world ,,,
