Subject:- Complain about Service Center
I am a proud owner of Hero Honda Splendor Plus. The decision of me going for a Hero Honda was purely on the based on the undoubtedly performance of the bike, and millions of satisfied customer across the country.
The purchase of my bike was through the dealer GEM Motors, 1672 Trichy Road, Coimbatore.
Last three services I have felt the level of service extended by GEM Motors, 1672 Trichy Road, Coimbatore. Is not up to the mark to satisfy a normal customer. I am facing minor problems after every service.
I am left with no choice but to bring few instances to your attention.
1) In the month of April 4th 2007 I came to know that there is a fault in indicators, horn problem particularly after the service.
2) August 9th 2007 I left for I left my Vehicle for general service GEM Motors I came to know that oil leakage in engine, I approached the service center they rectified the problem Temporarily (delay in delivery days 2.5 days). After a couple of hours, I find there is a oil leakage in engine, the same day I again left my vehicle In the center. I approached the service in charge, they checked the vehicle in front of me with the help of Senior Mechanic, and he accepted the problem of problem of service center. Again I left my vehicle in the center.
The Next day I was shocked to know that there is crack in engine oil case they rectified the problem temporarily, but I am not ready to accept that - there is no proper response from service manager (from this we can understand that they are hiding the Problem) again I waited to meet the manager next day (18-08-2007) but his talk was not fair. They are not ready to replace the part, but with the help of some paste they rectified the problem temporarily. Again I came to know that there is oil leakage before reaching Home.
What can I do for this Problem….?
