Since the purchase of the car , it has undergone following Rapairs/replacements...
(i) The replacement of the initially defective AC kit
(ii) The repair/replacement of the speedometer assembly
(iii) The replacement of the wheel Tie rod
(iv) The repair of the doorlock
The most recent serious problem is that the car is eating its rear tyres on the inside. This, to me, seems a serious and some manufacuring defect. The car was admitted to the Mechmen workshops for wheel alignment and balancing. The problem is serious because the car, in aperiod of 18 months was admitted to Mechmen workshops some dozen times, remained under the constant watch and supervision of Mechmen Engineers, why should this defect creep in. It is a tremendous harrassment ond matter of anxiety to me, a retired government servant of 66+ age and a heart patient too. The car is self driven always and runs on the roads of the capital city of Bhopal which can be considered reasonably better.
