my mother had a policy she purchased in 1946, a piddley 1,000 policy, she passed away in July, I filed the claim, filled out all their paperwork, mailed it in, They give me the wrong address, I mail it again, I call they say they have everything they need, then on the date they are to settle the claim, they send another letter stating, now they need my fathers death certificate that is 33 years old, they already have my mothers, now they want my dads and its going to take another 20 working days to settle this claim. This is getting to be bs. Evidently they cannot read their own policys, I sent them the original policy.
