I bought a new Nokia mobile N-91 form Galleria located in Brigade Road, Bangalore of 14-July-2007; but the phone stopped working all of a sudden on 3rd- Aug-2007.
So regarding this I went to the nokia care located in Koramangala, Bangalore. They registerd a compalint (Job Sheet Number- 285343506/070804/90) & told me that the phone needs to be sent to Chennai as it is having some Level-3 fault (might be some higher level); & I was promised that I"ll get my phone back on 12-Aug.
Moreover that guy told me that this model is N-91-6 which is having some manufacturing problem.
So after that I went to their shop 2-3 times & even I called these people number of times but all in vain. All these people tell me that I need to wait; the phone has gone to Chennai & they dont have informationabout the phone.
Now I am feeling very much cheated by the company for providing me with the faulty phone & moreover now these guys are not even attending to it properly.
|Solution of your complaint||The only possible solution is that the Phone shall be REPLACED. |
|Action||I will move to the consumer court if no action is taken & hope to teach the company a lesson. |
