This is in response to my purchase of Hyndai Verna XXI (petrol) on 2nd july, 07 from Plaza Hyundai (new delhi ). My problems started from the second day itself , the car refused to start and had to be push started as the battery died , then suddenly in the evening strage kind of hissing noises were coming from the car , my problems didnt ended here i was shocked to see the color (WHITE) was coming OFF from various parts of the dickey .

All this while i went to the showroom thrice and my complaints were acknowledge by Mr. Singh and Mr. Vijender at the Hyundai Plaza (new delhi). When i went for my first free service on 5th August, 07 and showed them all these points both Mr. Singh and Mr. Vijender did said it was a problem by the Manufacturing side but its okay it happens.

How rude and unprofessional of these HYUNDAI people to say that the car will start loosing its colors from the next day of purchase and its okay ?

Mr. Singh and Mr Vijender also tried to put sum kind of liquid paint over the spots despite me stopping them they were very much trying to spoil it up.

I have sent many written mails to the HYUNDAI people and make calls to no avail as they know they are selling a very inferior quality stuff so i dont recommend anyone buying this CAR at any cost.

Also on the first service on 2nd August , 07 i had made complains about a weird noise cuming from the engine as well as from brakes ... even after the service the noises are still coming. Shows that HYUNDAI just washes the car and gives it back.

I need to take a legal course and i want my complete money back along with the compensation for making me go through mental agony and embrassment.

Solution of your complaintI want them to replace the car and ackowledge there mistake off selling me inferior product along with taking action against Mr. singh and Mr. Vijender. 
ActionI would approach the blogging sites, media as well as the consumer courts.
