Had a scheduled reconnection of service for August 21, 2007 between 12noon and 5PM. At 4:45PM I called customer service checking on the ETA of the technician. Jaze tried to reach the technician as I waited on line. Jaze came back on the line, and informed me that I would have to reschedule. I WORK NIGHTS 12AM-8AM, and only slept for 3 hours so I would not miss the technician. I told Jaze this, and she asked if a technician I called me. Never heard from techinican if on way, or even running late. Jaze only offered to reschedule or take $10.00 off for my inconvenience. MY TIME IF WORTH MORE THAN $10.00. I then told Jaze that I wanted a technician today, a payment off my statement or a supervisor. I finally was able to speak with a supervisor/Shane @ 5:14PM. She only offered the same thing. You want feedback-I will give you and anyone else that wants to know about DISH NETWORK about how reliable the service is. I AM TIRED AND READY TO REALLY COMPLAIN TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU about the service. And NO reschedule has been set.
