Had a scheduled reconnection of service for August 21, 2007 between 12noon and 5PM. At 4:45PM I called customer service checking on the ETA of the technician. Jaze tried to reach the technician as I waited on line. Jaze came back on the line, and informed me that I would have to reschedule. I WORK NIGHTS 12AM-8AM, and only slept for 3 hours so I would not miss the technician. I told Jaze this, and she asked if a technician I called me. Never heard from techinican if on way, or even running late. Jaze only offered to reschedule or take $10.00 off for my inconvenience. MY TIME IF WORTH MORE THAN $10.00. I then told Jaze that I wanted a technician today, a payment off my statement or a supervisor. I finally was able to speak with a supervisor/Shane @ 5:14PM. She only offered the same thing. You want feedback-I will give you and anyone else that wants to know about DISH NETWORK about how reliable the service is. I AM TIRED AND READY TO REALLY COMPLAIN TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU about the service. And NO reschedule has been set.  

Solution of your complaintA reliable technician or better compensation for my time! How is this for an idea! If your technician is running late...call your customer to notify them. This way a customer can reschedule at that time and not have to WAIT OVER 5 HOURS before finding out they wanted for nothing. Except to hear: "I SORRY FOR YOUR INCONVENIENCE!"  
ActionMEDIA....THAT IS HOW I WILL TAKE CARE OF THIS. I MAY NOT BE THE ONLY ONE WHO HAS COME ACROSS THIS PROBLEM.
