Schedule for reconnection on 8/21/07 between 12noon-5PM. At about 4:45PM, I called customer service to get the ETA of the technician. Spoke with Jaze/customer service, who tried to reach a technician. Jaze came back on the line to inform me that I would need to reschedule. I WORK NIGHTS! 12AM-8AM and had only slept 3 hours, just so I would not miss the technician. I was not happy with that solution to reschedule after waiting most of the day. I told Jaze that I only had 3 hours of sleep and rescheduling was not what I wanted. I wanted either a technician today, or payment off my statement. Jaze did offer $10.00 off for "My Inconvenience". MY TIME IS WORTH MORE THAN $10.00! (just as I am sure your time is worth more!) I asked to speak with a supervisor after that offer. Spoke with Shane/supervisor @ 5:14PM (took some time for Jaze to find a supervisor) Of course, Shane only offered the same line....reschedule and "Sorry for your inconvenience"! That was a waste of time.
|Solution of your complaint||First, reread your question. Should you not ask "What do you think be a solution to your complaint? SOLUTION: If your technician is not going to be RELIABLE on being on time...how about calling your customer (polite thing to do) and informing them you are going to be late....this way your customer can make the decision to reschedule and not WAIT FOR HOURS for someone to show up! OR BE UPSET WHEN THEY DO NOT SHOW UP! |
|Action||Call TimeWarner and do a commercial about how RELIABLE Dish Network is about service or lack of service in this case. Put my face on the screen and remarks like you have on your screen about FEEDBACK regarding being RELIABLE!!!!
