I have applied for broadband connection from Tataindicom on Aug 10, 2007 and was assured to get the connection by Aug 14, 2007. Since i didnt get any call from the customer Service, i gave a call to them regarding the unavailability of the same and was assured to get the connection within 48 hours. On Aug 16, 2007, since i didnt get any call from them, i once again gave them a call and was informed to wait for 24 hours more. Once again i called on Aug 17, 2007 to get back my money (Rs. 2164) which i paid on Aug 10, 2007 to get the connection. Since then, i have been calling them everyday, and even the executive who collected the money is not picking up the call. I have been calling them everyday and i am sure, that i have spent around Rs. 200 for following them up.
