I bought my HP Dv6226 on 21st March 2007 and after 2months of use found a problem with its display. After using it for about 4 hrs, when I used to restart it the system gets started but without any display on the panel. I reported this problem to our local Delhi service centre on 31st July the reference no. for which is 2213952355 and submitted the laptop then and there the same day. Within 5 minutes I got a call from the service engineer saying that there is a problem with display panel and they need to replace that for which they will take 2 working days. Then I got no news from them for the next 5 days and then came to know that the panel has not reached them. Finally they receive the panel in about week’s time and told me that i will get my laptop next day. But the next day when I contacted them again after lots and lots of try I came to know that the problem still persisted and now they found that the problem is with the motherboard. This was on Thursday 9th July 2007. I requested them to get it fixed as early as possible and got no news from them till today. Again today after lots of try I came to know that the part (motherboard) received by them has some problems. The way people spoke to me was not satisfactory. I could make out that even the senior service in charge, Ms Sunita here has no news on my laptop. She don’t even pick up my call. Sometime people say one thing and sometime I get other excuse. They say that they will get back to me but I never received any call from them. Most of the times there are nobody available at the phone numbers. So it would be great of you if you look into this matter very seriously and get back to me with the status. I am really frustrated now. Its been 22 days now that I submitted my laptop and its for my business need. I have even made a complain to the head office in Bangalore but never received any feedback from them. I have even reported this to consumer care for which the reference no is 119990.
The problem which I have found in the existing system is that without even diagnosing the problem people here get the part replaced which is neither good for me or you.
|Solution of your complaint||i dont think there is a soltuion now.. nobody in this organisation is taking up the responsibility. |
|Action||i have already filed my complaint in the concumer court. will be sending them a court notice now in two days |
