A customer should and must have all rights for right informations. And itís a law. But to my awful providence that day I called up TATA Indicom official customer call center that looks upon marketing and ask them if I can avail the internet facility thru their modem named Plug 2 Surf USB modem. And I gave them all the details about my address and that I use desk top with VISTA as an OS. They confirmed me that unquestionably it works as well there is good network and they said that I will receive a call. Within 10 min I received a call from a lady named Ms. Shika (phone no: 011450849232). She asked me to keep the cheque ready as she is sending executive to collect the same. I confirmed from her in regard to the availability of network. She confirmed that absolutely there is no problem with Tata indicom network at the address where I stay. Executive named Sharma who came and collected the cheque, when did I ask about connectivity problem if any he said no never you get this crisis with Tata indicom and Plug 2 Surf USB modem. After 5 day I received the same. I tried and the modem reflected that there is no service and I called up the customer executive team. An engineer named Mr. Yadav came and alleged that its not possible to get right speed net and could connectivity since signal for TATA Indicom is very feeble & frail there. And he called up some one and said the same and made me talk with him as well. The Executive (Mr. Yadav no. is 09210008282). The person on call said me that they had raised the complain to network dept. I received a call from Chandigarh (01726601101 on 8/8/2007 at 10:04:58am that matter will be resolved and a network engineer will come and visit. I requested that I had already spent a lot of amount calling you guys from MTNL phone and now itís further than the boundary and please get back the Modem and refund my amount. He said give us last chance or else we do the needful. After that I never get a call nor any engineer did visit. When I tried the Chandigarh no. I was unable the attain the same no. after that I called u every time their cust care no 01160601515 and they transferred the call after several minutes to internet division they some time lodged complaint, some time said it couldnít b solved and some time transferred to network dept where I never been able to reach because of their ghastly call center system which one of their executive said. I have the following complaint docket no as follows which they specified to me: 81149373, 81393473, 81517365etc. I visited yesterday TATA indicom coco at N 10, Connaught place, New Delhi 1. They said we canít help you at one hear and we will never refund you. You have to solve your own. I called up one lady at East Patel nagar, New Delhi from where I have been sent the Plug 2 Surf USB modem, named Kusum (01160607070) she said that we have been told to sent since you did book so we did sent. We canít help. When I ask that I did confirm from you as well about network, you confirmed me but she said that she canít help. That was a month end so she might have told so.
Is this the customer care and help do tat a indicom provides. Their Advertisement ensures us of there high-quality & superior net work . Then what did I get. I have spent around Rs 300 or more calling these executive, spent Rs 2949 for the USB modem. These are my hard earned money. On return I got trauma, pain, bad network coverage, not able to connect internet. If connected for while not a single site did release.
I want my money back and a recompense for all these trouble. I lost one of my project for which I took net. Even today the complain I am sending from NET Parlor. Why such a lackadaisical and how can a company Loot a person giving false and sham substantiation.
Please help me in getting my money back. I do not want any relationship with TATA INDICOM. Please do a justice. Please help me out of these TATA INDICOM appalling trick of prowling customer. As a minimum get my money RS 2849 back and ask the to take back there all accessory. Please help me out of this quick sand of TATA INDICO and take some steps so that in future they never ransack any customer.
