I purchased a reliance data card no. 09312674648 on 30th June with three months free rental bundle plan with Compaq laptop.
But my wrong bill was generated on just after 7 days on 08th July , disconnected my connection on 28th July without any information. After talking customer care they informed me that I have to deposite the bill of Rs. 213 for restart my connection and the amt will be adjusted in your next bill.
I deposted bill on 10th july but my connection not start. After placing many complaints to customer care on daily basis, I talked Mr. Akbar trice a day to solve my problem, but on 15th August my connection started.
Now my complint is for ajusting lost 15 days in which there is not my fauld. this 15 days cost me 600 Rs.
Solution of your complaint
Adjust my 15 days or adjust 600+213 = 813.Rs in my next bill.
I will go to consumer form and in media like Aaj tak, zee news, NDTV etc.
