I & my family have been using Airtel services since 18 months. There are lot of complaints about the connectivity & coverage. for the same many times i called to 121 airtel cust care help line no. but i am never assisted properly by Customer care executive. the call is disconnected, unprofessional language is used & executives argue with me.
Last time on 23 august at 4 pm i called cust care to know about Hello tune activation. i spoke with one executive whose name starts with R (may be ramesh, rajesh). he argued with me & he provided wrong information. when i was about to ask roaming facility he disconnected the line.
& after that the main concern is from 2 days 4 times my miss call alert facility & gprs service has been activated 4 to 5 times & got charged more than rs 50. i hope strict action will be taken & my money will be refunded.
