This is a complaint regarding my credit card issue with ABN AMRO.
I have long back placed a complaint saying that I did not agree for any travel offer from ABN AMRO and should not be charged RS 4500/- for this offer.I came to know about this when I saw my statement in the month of May.Even after informing the bank tele officer regarding this I did not see the amount deducted from my last statement.I recently spoke to Namit from customer loyalty Dept and have provided all the details to him and I was provided two ref # #00081555018 and 00081555465, and he informed me the amount will be deducted and the all the interest associated to this amount according to the period from when I was charged this amount of 4500. He also assured me I only have to pay rs17,069/- once the amount and the interest id deducted.I have already forwarded e letter stating that I have not received any voucher or any document from the bank for the offer Now what happens is that every time the credit cad statement keeps on increasing even though i have not made any purchase.
I have written them so many emails and have still not received any positive response, please see all the emails below that I have attached . The Bank charged my credit card account for a facility that I have never used and I have notified the bank many times but have not yet received any explanation or response stating why they have charged my credit card and when they will credit the amount back to my account. above all I receive the credit card statement without a due date and always receive the statement only after my due date. I receive sms from the bank regarding my credit card statement only after the due date and I have raised this as a complaint many times but no help.. Please help me with all these issue ..

I want the exact info regarding my credit card balance and also get the extra amount charged on my card waived off completly
I wanna go to the consumer court, and I need advice
