My new invoice # 450362337 of Rs. 1,109, for which details are not available at the helpline number 121 and next step provided to me is go to the consume court if this needs to be corrected. I had changed my plan and the new plan showns the charges and no deduction.

At Airtel, Im told that there is no mechanism for complaints or escalations.

Can you please help me take this to the next level.
