I had take up 2 connections under a plan for myself and my wife where the talk time between the two of us was supposed to be free. It took about a week for me to get connected after I had paid the deposit amounts. For my wife it took more than about a month. I found the billing very high in relation to the time on line. Everytime I wanted a temporary roaming connect I had to inform them. Subsequently I found that roaming was never disconnected and my bill remained high. I have now been trying to get my connection disconnected for the last 15 days but without success. I keep getting airmails informing me that I would be contacted by customer care??
Meanwhile billing continues.
I think I`m going to take them to the Consumer Court anyway.
