i have been trying to activate caller tune on my mobile, for that
I have followed their each and every suggestion about the minimum balance required
to activate and the charges to activate the song and monthly charges.
I have activated this from 19th june 2007 but they have been charging me monthly about 20 Rs.
and deducted 12 Rs. for the song still after three long months still I am not able to use the service against which they have charged the amount for three months.
Besides this while I am surprisingly kept on toes and totally kept waiting by giving false promises which still costing me some what.
No customer care executive could help me rather those customer care executives do not helped me at all and just kept me waiting.
They have mentally harassed me and so i have unsubscribed from the same service.
|Solution of your complaint||They should activate the service and they should not charge me for next three months as they have already charged me.These customer care executives should not only be sober in the language and behaviour but they should feel the problem and solve as early as possible.
