I purchased Nokia mobile handset 6300 on 26.06.2007. The Camera developed some prroble. as I the instrument was under warrenty I gave it for repairs to Nokia Care on 16.06.2007. Since then I have followed up the matter with Nokia Care centre / So called head office at Lower Parel, Mumbai. Till date no body has bothered to pay heed to my complaint. I was told that the piece will be replaced but nobody knows when. every time I am told that it will take 2-3 days this is going on for last 20 -25 days. The Nokia care centre as well as so called head office M/s Brightpoint India Pvt. Ltd. at Lower Parel, Mumbai is has failed to replace my mobile handset. Everytime for enquiry I am given a telephone No. which never works. I am very very annoyed.  

Solution of your complaintReplacing mobile set and compensation of Rs.5,000 / - for mental agony and cost of travelling.
