I was having a cash card of GE ready cash bearing Number 4211 9030 1410 1663 in my name i.e. Sojan P from the last 3 to 4 years. Before six months my card was lost and I blocked my card through customer care centre. They promised to send a new card within a week but the same was not received by me. Every week I contacted the customer care service and only received the reply that your card will be sent shortly. Before two months they deducted the charges of issuing a new card which I have not received till todate. I have also sent my complaint through their email service but no progress is there. I am really fed up with this. weekly 2 to 3 times I am calling them and I have to pay the phone bills but even then there is no progress in this regard. I request you to kindly do the needful in this regard.
