I have airtel conection with number 9915215446. I have been using it about 10 months. In february 2007 i recharged my number with a topup card of rs 545 with validity of one year to decrease the call rate. Til 23 August 2007 it was working properly, with the same tariff which the company had comitted. The local call charges were 0.49 paisa to any local mobile and 0.99 paisa to landline local. But now without any reason and intimaton the call charges has been incresed, even the validity of that topup card is upto february 2008. The incresed call charges are airtel to airtel 0.50 paisa, 65 paisa to another gsm, and 1.10 to cdma and landline. When ever i tried to contact coustmer care, they r not telling the solution. They told that now ur triff is this. Or if i try to contact them again they barred the coustmer care.

The company should not chage the tariff if there is validity and if the company comitted.
