We had bought more than 25000, worth of goods from Ogaan. It deals with designers such as Komal Sood and others. After we left she called up at our place and accused of stealing one of her pajamas( bottoms). Then when my mom went to pick up the stuff, she accused her of stealing. She was very rude and dismissive. How can she treat a regular customer like this. She should understand that someone who can spend 25000 in half hr, why would they steal a 1000 rs thing. She has CCTV cameras in her showroom, and her assistant was with us in the changing room, taking measurements and we changed into our clothes in front of her. How can she behave this way and accuse someone without any proof.
Solution of your complaint
she should apologise to my mom for behaving so rudely and accusing us of something that we havent done.
Would need your help to issue her a notice regarding the same and have her lisence revoked.
I would take this matter up to the designers and any other organisation that files consumer complaint.
