I made a recharge of 555 on 10 of august 2007.I was suppose to get 493 talk time and apart from that I should get 55 airtel to airtel balance.For the same I have given complaint twice.But there was no feed back from airtel customer care executives.My complaint number was (081500285000) As there is a rule in airtel not to call customer care not more then 3 times a day and 30 times in a month.Now there is no calls going to airtel customer care.If airtel customer care people consider my complaint in just one call or two calls there is no problem by I called nearly 20 times. At last they have bard my customer care outgoing. I request the airtel authorities to take action on the guy s whom I spoke to and reply back to me. on my id ie email@example.com
Solution of your complaint
There should be no limit for the customers to call customer care.Serious decision should be taken on executives who din responded my complaint.
If my problem is not solved I will sent a continuous mails to the Managing director of Airtel
and if still not rectified I will give a News paper complaint with my complaint number.
