I had fined a complaint on 06/08/2007 for replacement of my Su-kam Invertor battery which was not functional since 27/07/2008. After making numerous calls, my complaint finally got regiatsred on 06/08/2007 and i was given an assurance by the customer care executive that my battery shall be replaced with in 24 hours. But the Sukam Executive came to my residence on 10/08/2007, which is much later that 24 hrs. I was assured by the executive that a NEW BATTERY shall be supplied to me within 2 working days, which till now has not been done. I have been following up with the customer care executive on a daily basis and all i get to hear from them is "Sir the Battery would be replaced with in 2 days". Till today i.e. 29/08/2007, i have not been provided a NEW Battery. The Invertor and Battery are still under warranty period of 2 years as mentoned in the warranty card but NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TILL NOW. This kind of service is not expected form a company like Su-Kam.
Solution of your complaint
I need a NEW battery immidiately and Su-kam should pay for the damages, harrasment done to me and my family.
I would file a formal complaint in the Consumer Court.
