I am not receving bills for my Telephone from last 7 months. I have logged several complains but no action being taken by the company. Instead they have preferred to disconnect my line, since I have not paid the bill. Infact I have collected duplicate bills in last 5 months and have logged several complaint to customer care dept. no action being teken.
|Solution of your complaint||The company should ensure that the bill should reach in time. If I am not receiveing bills from last 7 months, the company should look into it that why the recurring complaint from particular consumer only. |
