I had ordered a Rakhi Gift on 22nd Aug (Order no 110767671) from indiatimes shopping website. However the same got delivered on 30th Aug, that too after my repeated chasing of the concerned personnels. As per the advertisements from Indiatimes, there was a promise of "Assured Delivery before Rakhi, Else 100% Refund". In my case they have clearly defaulted the delivery date and are now unwillingly to honour their words.
Solution of your complaint
I should be compensated for the delayed delivery, but getting the complete CASH BACK.
