Ever since the installation of my Reliance telephone one month ago the instrument keeps switching off. I have made 21 complaints regarding the same to the customer complaints centre (*333) They have kept on assuring me that the complaint will be rectified within 12 hours but nothing has been done till date.
Now the customer care executives are telling me to tke the instrument to their service centre (22 KMs away from my house) as it is out of their hands. The supervisors are refusing to take my call. No one has visited my place regarding this complaint as yet.
The Internet is all too slow as well.
