I have purchased One Tata Indicom USB Modem (SUNGIL SXC-1080) along with T-SIM Card-RUIM card with no 9227402676 for my laptop from Chandan Tele Services at Sector-21 in Gandhinagar Gujarat. It got activated on 30 July 07. It has been giving speed only 0.5kbps against 115Kbps given by tata indicom. I complained daily about it to Customer care in ahmedabad and also to Chandan Tele Services...No one listened to me...on 14th Aug 07 while i was removing it from laptop after disconnection i found the PIN that goes inside USB slot in Laptop remained in laptop and rest of the portion came into my hand. I went to chandan tele services as it was only 15 days after this incident took place. Mr. Yashesh Talked very arrogantly and refused to replace and gave me service center addr in Ahmedabad and asked me to get it from there myself. I went to Service center after examining Mr. Rajkumar in service center agreed that this is not a big problem it can be replaced but he said he will not replace it as chandan tele services has to replace it. He made me to talk to Mr.Piyush Tata Indicom rep in Delhi. He also refused to replace and asked to take whatever action you want. Then Mr.Rajkumar gave a work report that it is physically damaged and cannot be replaced and ask chandan to replace. I came back to chandan and talked to mr. umang gajjar he arrongantly refused to replace it...I gave the application to close the connection....  

Solution of your complaintIt was just only a matter of 15 days after purchase of this modem and i surely think it a manufacturing defect it is a very very light modem. I definetely wants it to be replaced. If it is not possible then the service providers / Company may please be black listed. Its not a matter or Rs 3000 rather its trust that i lost on tata indicom......It hampered my software development projects.
