I HAVE PURCHASED TATA INDICA XETA-GLG ON 25 MAY,2007 FROM WASAN MOTORS,BORIVILI.FROM THE DAY OF BUYING THE CAR I AM THOROUGHLY UPSET WITH ITS PERFORMANCE.DURING RAIN THE WATER SEEPS IN THE CAR FROM THE BOTTOM AND SPREADS ALL OVER.WHEN I TOOK TO AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER AT WASAN MOTORS,CHEMBUR I WAS TOLD THAT THE GASKETS ON THE DOOR AND WINDOWS MIGHT BE CRACKED ALLOWING WATER TO COME IN.I WAS SURPRISED TO KNOW THAT HOW IT COULD BE POSSIBLE AS THE CAR IS JUST 4MONTHS OLD.ON THE TOP OF THIS THEY TOLD ME THAT THESE WHERE CHARGEABLE.ALSO I HAD A SLIGHT DAMAGE AT BACK OF THE CAR NEAR THE REAR LAMP.WHEN I SHOWED IT TO THE ATTENDANT AT THE SERVICE CENTER HE SUGGESTED ME FOR ANTI-RUST AND TEFLON COATING.BUT I HAD PAID FOR THE SAME BEFORE BUYING THE CAR BUT I FEEL THE SAME HAS NOT BEEN DONE.I FEEL CHEATED AND DISAPPOINTED BY WASAN MOTORS,BORIVILI.I 

Solution of your complaintI WOULD LIKE SOME ONE FROM TATA MOTORS TO PERSONALLY LOOK IN THE MATTER AND VERIFY THAT I HAVE RECEIVED ALL THE GOODS FOR WHICH I HAVE PAID FOR.
