I had applied for plan change for DSL for 24X7 unlimited download billing on June 24. I was promised change in 3 days. But the change did not happen until Aug 1 and I was billed for pulses. I was in th einterim o enquiry told that I canm use the DSL and the same will taken care of if the delay is from airtel. In the meantime 2 times customer care called me and told me that they will reverse my bill for the effected period but did not do so. They have refused to rpovide me senior management numbers and there is no access to the,.
