I had purchased new sim with one year in comming free with talk time of Rs. 99/- for Rs. 398, in M/s. BTM shoppee, who is one of dealer and submitted required document ie, PAN copy and electricity biill for address proof, But I use to get message saying that submit the same document, wbut when I ever try to to reply I use to get message as invalid address, very funny , they canot recagnise their own number. But they disconnected my number on 16/8 afternoon.I went to the dealer and enquieried he says ther is no document to proof of it, and he said there is no document he dont know anything about it,
By accident spice collection person visited the shop and he also uttered the same that he cannot do anything about it.
After this I had contacted customer care He also repaeted same in two mails and third he accepted thier fault and he will look in to it, a week lapsed at the week end same perosn of spice had and called and and requested to resubmit the same which was done on 1/9 and he assured me it will be set right on monday berfore 12 o clock, but nothing happened.
