first complaint lodged with national electronics person came and ran away when asked for authentic charges bill with out repairing.
on 1st sept 2007 complaint lodged with micrio services after speaking to customer care no of philips ,people are giving excuses and person not reached till 4th sept 2007/not sure whether he will turn up or not,commited person will come on 3 rd.
thankless service from philips.
