I booked a Alto LX Car in exchange of my old Zen LX from Maruti Dealer Dewars Dalhousie Kolkata. The sales person assured to deliver the new car by 3 working days. I even handed over my old car. Booking date down payment date is 24/08/07. Still I dont know what is the status. Every documents, loan, old car, down payment were made as per their advice, but this person is just a fraud in respect of assurance and commitment. 1 or 2 days may be negotiable but from 24/08/07 and tonight 04/09/07 I even dont know what is the status, and when I will get my new car. Every day I am spending Rs 300/ for Taxi. As I am in a trade where Car is not for comfort or luxury, but to give service. Even he is not attending me. On faith I gave all papers as well as all formalities to him. But after getting the booking amount on 24/08/07 I didnt find him. I dont know is this the real picture of Maruti or their dealers. Where false statements are of regular practice. 

Solution of your complaintI want my new Car as well as all papers and all other documents related to my old car. As well as to teach a lesson to the person concern for making me and other customers Fool. So that in future customers like me will get a good service. 
ActionAs I am in their hand. My old car is with them, My loan money is with them and my down payment amount is with them, I am in their hand. But if I think that they are not solving the case and not providing all the documents required for Old Car and the New Car within two days, I would go to the consumer forum against the dealer and as well as the person.
