The gprs service in Goa is supposed to be Edge enabled but most of the time the connection is worst than a dial up connection. this has been going on since i went for an Airtel connection.
It sometimes work very good for a month or two and after that for 2-3 months it will be very slow. Down times are maximum.
Now since last month the service was down. after a long series of complaints and emails it was rectified and since then the connection is very very slow. I have been continiously writing emails and sending complaint SMS to 121 (helpline) but no one is bothered. and no action is being taken to rectify the problem.
This same sequence of problems have been occuring since i brought the connection. I dont understand why airtel is not responding to complaints. Many of my collegues got fed up and shifted to other alternatives due to this poor service.
|Solution of your complaint||I want a local Airtel representative in Goa to monitor the GPRS connection for a period of time and verify why the speeds are very slow most of the time. and provide a optimal solution |
