my TV,model no. 7445R was repaired last month by Quality Customer care,for few days it worked but now it is having same problem for which i lodged a complaint at a Call Center Phone No.9839196281[comliaint no.H29005on ]29/7/07 at 10:00A.M.and it has not been attended till date.
When i lodged a complaint,it was informed that it will not be attended on same day and now it is more than a week and nobody has come.Inspite of my several telephonic reminders, nobody has turned up.
Same ineffieceny I faced last time when I gave my TV for repair last timeon 4/7/07 for same compliaint it was told to me that type of damage will be conveyed,but was not conveyed and on several inquiries it was informed that a part [IC] is to be replaced.After repair it was delivered on 19/7/07.at same time i was informed the remote is not working , i bought a new remote and checked it.It was OK.But now few of its buttons are not working.
When your after saleservice is hopeless why you harp about it. I am seriously thinking to dispose off this oniy videocon product I have and go for some other better company product and also do a negative marketing so that no friend of mine falls for your product.
