With deep regret I am informing you that no action from your end has been
taken for my complaint DC86402575664 (Airtel no# 51443768).
I took this DSL connection on 31-July. I was informed by your concerned
representative that 500 MB of free download is allowed. However, I was
shocked to see my 15 days bill of Rs.1200. Further from the very next day
of connection taken, the internet was not working from 01-05 August (after
many reminders the system got fixed on 06 August, whereas the bill
indicates that the connection was operative and used. There seems to be
some fault play with your systems that have resulted in misleading bills
Even for the lat three days i.e. Tuesday to Friday, the connection was
not working. Just today it got started after many queries but the
telephone instrument is still not working. I have been harassed by your
representatives where it takes about 22-25 minutes to complain your phone
service representatives. I never knew that taking this connection would
lead to so many problems like :
Wrong commitments. When I asked the meaning of 500 MB data transfer, I
was informed that it means 500 MB free download. But now the customer
service representative say that I was misleaded.
Fault in bills as I was charged for days when the system was not actually
Lack of prompt service.
Out of 15 days, 6 days the connection was not operative.
No action taken to help customers.
This is my last notification, whereby I give you last 48 hrs to resolve
my problem or else treat my agreement terminated. I am willing to move to
consumer court for cheating me. I am a 63-year senior citizen and the last
few days have been very disappointed for me. I upgraded from cable
internet to Airtel broadband for the trust I had in Bharti Group.
