As I had communicated earlier on 11th May 2007 to deactivate my DSL and Phone line as it was not required at that point. I was convinced that there is no need to deactivate the connection as any charge incurred would be waived off. I was assured at that point that once I call back to re-activate it would be done within 24 hrs. I had called several calls to customer care but no positive response. Every time I call it lands to new person I have to explain again and again the whole story agains gets new refference number for conversation but all in vain. Finally when I croseed the frustation level, I had visit the customer care in Sec 18 Noida and explained the situation. I was assured that it would be fixed by 05/09/2007 but is more than 24 hrs but could not find any resolution. This is excellent customer service provided by Airtel.
Today (06/09/2007) when again I called up customer care they demanding for money and again I explained rep was asking for the proof and asked to prove it I am right. If you check the bill there is not a single usage there. I am attaching the email that I have sent at first instance.
DSL WAS NOT AT ALL ACTIVATED FOR ME. THEY HAVE NOT GIVEN THE CO-OPERATE DISCOUNT WHICH IS SECONDARY
Your customer care is not at all customer care but it is customer trouble. You guys are least care for customer.
I need the highest point of escalation now.
